Service Description
A Private Learning Session at UpSwing's Fetch & Fable is a focused, approximately one-hour appointment designed to help you and your dog build skills in a supportive environment. These sessions are generally scheduled after your initial behavior consultation and provide hands-on guidance tailored to your dog’s unique needs. During each session, we will: * Practice personalized exercises that address your training or behavior goals. * Incorporate positive reinforcement methods only, ensuring that learning is safe, effective, and stress-free. * Balance activity with breaks so your dog can stay regulated and engaged. * Answer your questions in real time, giving you clarity and confidence in what to practice at home. Private Learning Sessions are ideal for continuing progress after your consultation, whether you’re working on basic manners, confidence-building, or emotional regulation. Requirements: Dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough), and must have a negative fecal exam within the past 12 months.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
