Our Lodge & Leisure program offers a premium boarding experience where daily care is paired with thoughtfully designed enrichment to keep your dog happy and relaxed. During their stay, your dog will enjoy: * A daily leisure and enrichment schedule, including sensory games, exploration walks, and calming activities tailored to their needs. * Plenty of human interaction and companionship throughout the day. * A cozy private kennel for rest, creating a healthy rhythm of activity and downtime. * A safe, nature-based environment where your dog’s well-being is the priority. { Health requirements: Proof of current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations, along with a recent clean fecal test, must be provided prior to your dog’s visit. }
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
