This unique package model ensures progress across all the places your dog lives, learns, and explores. Each Bridge Package includes: 2 In-Home Sessions – to establish foundational skills where your dog feels safest. 3 Fetch & Fable Sessions – structured learning in a calm, enriching environment designed for focus and growth. 1 On-Location Session – gentle exposure and confidence-building in a controlled public setting. Personalized instruction for both you and your dog, using positive methods. Ongoing support between sessions to keep progress steady and aligned with your goals. Perfect for dogs who need help translating calm at home into confidence in the wider world, the Bridge Package provides consistent guidance, adaptability, and care every step of the way! ***Initial Behavior Consultation Required***
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
