1–2 hour session at our facility to assess your dog’s behavior and create a tailored path forward.
Service Description
Every dog has a story, and sometimes that story includes fear, reactivity, or behaviors that feel overwhelming at home. A Behavior Consultation is the first step toward understanding your dog’s needs and building a path forward. During this in-depth, 90-minute session, we will: * Take a detailed history of your dog’s life, behavior, and environment. * Observe and assess your dog in real time to better understand triggers, body language, and patterns. *Provide immediate foundational strategies you can begin using right away to support safety, reduce stress, and improve communication. Following the consultation, you will receive a comprehensive written behavioral summary report. This report can also be shared with your veterinarian upon request, ensuring that your dog’s care team is fully informed and working in partnership. Our consultations are designed to be compassionate, science-based, and practical. You won’t find quick fixes or harsh methods here, only ethical, positive reinforcement approaches rooted in modern behavioral science. Follow-up sessions and customized behavior plans will available after the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
