One Day of Learning (up to 6 hours) - with Bonus Enrichment at UpSwing's Fetch & Fable.
Service Description
Not every dog needs (or is ready for) an overnight program. For families who want their dog to benefit from focused learning and enrichment during the day while returning home each evening, we offer Day Learning, a structured, positive reinforcement program designed to provide growth without the overnight stay. Day Learning is for up to 6 hours at Fetch & Fable, with multiple training sessions, enrichment and rest periods in between. During each Day Learning visit, your dog will experience: * Multiple one-on-one learning sessions, customized to your dog’s needs and focused on building confidence, foundational manners, and emotional regulation. * A thoughtfully designed enrichment schedule to engage mind and body through sensory activities, puzzles, exploration walks, and calming exercises. * Structured rest breaks in a cozy, supervised space to help balance activity and downtime. * A daily progress recap, so you know exactly what was introduced or practiced and how to continue at home. Day Learning is not daycare. While daycare focuses on play and socialization, Day Learning provides individualized attention, skill-building, and enrichment under the guidance of a certified behavior consultant. Requirements: Dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus (commonly administered as the Distemper Injection), Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough), and must have a negative fecal exam within the past 12 months.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
