Service Description
Fluency & (Fun)ction is a 7-week small-group life skills series, limited to just four teams. This class is designed to build skills that hold up in everyday life. We develop clarity, steady responses under increasing distraction, and practical behaviors that matter beyond the training space. Learning is structured, supportive, and intentionally enjoyable because sustainable change only happens when both ends of the leash stay happy and engaged. First session is people-only. The final session takes the class on a field trip into a dog-friendly store for coached real-world work. Requirements: Dogs should be comfortable working around other dogs and people. This class is not appropriate for dogs with aggressive or significant reactivity concerns. Dogs must be current on Distemper/Adenovirus/Parvovirus (DAPP), Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations and have a negative fecal exam within the past 12 months.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
