Service Description
A Single In-Home Learning Session is a focused, approximately one-hour appointment designed to help you and your dog practice skills in the comfort of your own home. These sessions are available after your initial behavior consultation and allow us to work directly where your dog’s behaviors naturally occur. During the session, we will: * Introduce or refine personalized exercises based on your consultation goals. * Use only positive reinforcement methods, ensuring learning is safe, stress-free, and effective. * Provide hands-on coaching for you, so you feel confident continuing the work between visits. * Address real-life situations unique to your home environment, from door greetings to household manners. Single in-home sessions are ideal for follow-up support when you want to focus on a specific behavior or refresh skills without committing to a full package. ((For aggression/fear/anxiety/stereotypy behaviors, an initial behavior consultation is necessary))
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
