Service Description
Lasting change usually doesn’t happen in a single session. Our Multi-Session Learning Packages are designed to provide consistent guidance, structure, and support as you and your dog progress together over time. By committing to a package, you ensure that skills are introduced gradually, reinforced properly, and adapted as your dog grows in confidence and ability. Each session includes: * Personalized exercises tailored to your dog’s individual needs and learning style. * Positive reinforcement methods only, creating safe and effective learning experiences. * Hands-on coaching for you, so you can confidently continue the work at home. * Ability to check-in between sessions so that any adjustments can be made as needed to keep your dog moving forward. Packages are ideal for addressing ongoing behavior challenges, building stronger everyday manners, or supporting dogs who need extra time and patience.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
