Service Description
Some dogs don’t need focused training during their stay, they simply need a safe, engaging retreat where they can relax, explore, and feel at ease. Sometimes you just need a safe and calm place for your dog to go, one that does a little more than an average boarding kennel can. Our Lodge & Leisure program was designed with those dogs in mind. Each guest enjoys a premium lodging experience in a calm, home environment, paired with thoughtfully structured enrichment to keep both body and mind content. Dogs in Lodge & Leisure spend their days following a gentle rhythm of activity and rest: walks along the property trails, time to sniff and explore, puzzle toys and foraging games, and plenty of opportunities to relax in cozy comfort. Evenings are spent winding down with soft bedding, soothing music, aromatherapy and a predictable routine that helps them feel secure. Because we specialize in dogs that struggle, every aspect of Lodge & Leisure is built around emotional safety. We limit capacity to keep the environment very quiet and individualized, and we tailor enrichment to your dog’s personality, whether they prefer adventure, comfort, or calm. The result is an experience that’s more than just overnight care: it’s a chapter of peace in your dog’s story, where they can return to you refreshed and happy!
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
