Service Description
The Restoration Journey is a 4-Week Lodge & Learn designed for dogs working through fear, reactivity, or emotional dysregulation. This program is for dogs who’ve learned that the world can be unpredictable and need a little help learning it can be safe again. Here, progress is measured not in commands mastered, but in tension released. We focus on rebuilding trust, emotional balance, and coping skills through thoughtful structure, low-pressure learning, and enrichment that teaches calm curiosity. Every day’s work is personalized, blending desensitization, counterconditioning, impulse control, and relaxation training with decompression walks, safe exposure, and confidence-building play. The goal isn’t to create obedience, it’s to help your dog find stability and choice in their own body again. This is the slow, meaningful work of teaching them that peace is possible, even after fear. Best suited for: Dogs struggling with fear, reactivity, frustration, or anxiety-based behaviors. Includes: Comprehensive behavioral consultation & individualized plan Daily therapeutic training sessions & enrichment activities Focus on emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence-building Regular photo/video progress updates In-depth go-home session with long-term management and support plan
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
