The Puppy Prologue is a 2-Week Lodge & Learn designed especially for puppies under 6 months. Puppy Prologue is a gentle introduction to life’s lessons, designed to help young dogs grow into confident, curious, and well-adjusted companions. This two-week immersive stay focuses on early learning through play-based structure, positive exposure, and calm guidance, creating the foundation for a lifetime of communication and trust. Each day blends short, age-appropriate training sessions with rest, enrichment, and exploration around the property’s trails. Pups practice the essentials like name recognition, focus, early recall, leash introduction, socialization and polite interactions, while building comfort with handling, grooming, and new environments. Every moment is designed to nurture optimism, resilience, and adaptability. Our goal isn’t perfection with puppies, it’s perspective. We help puppies learn that humans are safe, the world is interesting, and that success is fun. By the end of their stay, your puppy should have the confidence to approach new experiences with curiosity instead of hesitation, setting the tone for every chapter that follows. For Puppies under 6 months of age only Includes: Consultation & customized puppy development plan Daily training sessions, rest periods & enrichment play Exposure & social confidence building Puppy learning/socialization field trips Photo/video progress updates Go-home session with personalized follow-up plan
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
