2 hour Drop-Off Lodging Introduction - $49
Service Description
Tour & Trial is a structured 2-hour drop-off introduction designed to help dogs ease into UpSwing's Fetch &Fable environment before overnight lodging. This visit gives us an opportunity to thoughtfully observe how and if your dog acclimates to the space, routines, rest periods, handling, and overall environment while helping them build familiarity in a lower-pressure setting. This service is especially beneficial for dogs who are new to lodging, sensitive to environmental changes, anxious in unfamiliar places, highly attached to their families, or simply in need of a slower introduction process. Our goal is not perfection. It is comfort, safety, and a realistic understanding of whether our setup is the right fit for your dog’s individual needs. There are times that our set up is not adequate for a specific dog. During their visit, dogs may experience quiet decompression time, outdoor exploration, enrichment activities, gentle handling, and carefully managed transitions depending on their comfort level and behavioral presentation. Tour & Trial helps create a safer and more supportive experience for everyone involved while allowing us to approach lodging thoughtfully rather than rushing into an overnight stay before a dog is ready.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
