Service Description
The Nose Quest is an approximately 60-minute immersive trail walk through the woods offered as a drop-off adventure for your dog to explore, sniff, and reset. Far from a simple stroll, each trail walk is designed to provide powerful enrichment through environmental exposure, sensory stimulation, and autonomy. We move at your dog’s pace, allowing them to follow their nose through winding forest paths, pause to investigate natural scents, and engage with their surroundings on their terms. Whether your dog is bold or bashful, this is a safe and empowering way to build confidence, relieve stress, and reconnect with their instincts. Perfect for dogs who need a midweek reset, extra activity beyond structured sessions, or simply the freedom to be themselves in a calm, beautiful environment. Every quest ends with water, decompression time, and a tired, fulfilled dog. This is a drop-off service! Drop off your dog, do your shopping and let us make magic before you pick them back up! This service is available as part of our Fetch & Fable Memberships or can be booked individually. Let your dog choose the path, follow the scent, and discover the magic of the woods. Requirements: Dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough), and must have a negative fecal exam within the past 12 months. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
