Service Description
A Virtual Learning Session is an approximately one-hour appointment conducted online via Zoom, giving you direct coaching and guidance from a certified behavior professional. These sessions are a flexible option if you’d like expert support without traveling, and they are open to dog guardians anywhere in the world. During the session, we will: * Address your specific questions and concerns. * Provide step-by-step coaching on practical exercises you can implement right away. * Focus on positive reinforcement strategies that strengthen your dog’s skills and confidence. Virtual sessions are ideal for clients outside our service area or for a quick option to have your behavior questions answered.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
