Service Description
Confidence in the Clearing is a structured outdoor one-hour class designed to help dogs build resilience and courage through simple, supportive challenges. Using thoughtfully arranged stations in a nature setting, dogs will practice exploring novel objects, balancing on logs, weaving around obstacles, and problem-solving in a safe environment. Each activity is tailored to encourage curiosity without overwhelming, helping dogs learn how to recover from uncertainty and celebrate small successes. With Rachel’s guidance, handlers will discover practical ways to support their dogs through new experiences, turning cautious paws into confident strides. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity for cautious dogs to practice bravery in the great outdoors! Dates: Saturday October 17th, 2026 at 11:00am Saturday November 7th, 2026 at 11:00am *Rain or Shine Requirements: Dogs should be comfortable working around other dogs and people. No aggressive or highly reactive dogs, please. * Dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus (commonly administered as the Distemper Injection), Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough), and must have a negative fecal exam within the past 12 months.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
