Service Description

Bored pets sometimes cause trouble - but proper enrichment can help prevent some boredom while allowing an animal to practice natural species-specific activities that bring them joy! We can help you learn about enrichment, the importance of it, fun things you can make and cool games to play with your pet! This can also be scheduled as a drop in visit for a specific enrichment activity to pass time when you are not home. We offer a ton of fun activities we can do - including scent work, snuffles and puzzles, frozen treats, tricks, flirt pole and more!

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
