Service Description

This will be a one to two hour visit where we will discuss the issues you are having and how to best resolve some of those issues. A full behavioral report and proposed treatment plan are then written and sent to you to follow after our session. This is followed by six private in home sessions working on the treatment plan.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
