How do I get help?

The very first step is to fill out the new client form. Our journey will begin with understanding your dog's unique needs and history. Our comprehensive new client form provides us with valuable insights to tailor a personalized approach for your dog.
The form can be found here:  New Client Form

If your dog is exhibiting fear, phobia, aggression, anxiety, compulsive behaviors or has bitten, a one-on-one full behavior consultation is necessary. If this is the case, after completing your new client form, please book your consultation online (found on our services page), or contact us via email to help you do so. During a consultation we'll conduct a thorough assessment, including full history, as well as assessing behavior and body language seen during the consultation. We then develop a full behavior report as well as a customized behavior treatment plan to address your dog's specific needs. Turnaround for the full behavior report and treatment plan from the time of consultation is about 5 - 7 business days. At that time, you have the option for single sessions or to invest in a package.

If you're seeking basic training or manners help, please indicate this clearly in the new client form. We'll then reach out to discuss the most suitable training options for you and your dog. Please note that behavior cases are often accepted with attention to severity first. We may not be able to accommodate basic skills all of the time.
We believe in positive reinforcement training methods that build trust and strengthen the bond between you and your dog. Our behavior consultant and trainer is dedicated to helping your dog reach their full potential. We understand that every dog is unique. Our training programs are tailored to address your dog's individual needs and challenges. We're committed to your success. We provide ongoing support and guidance throughout your training journey and for the entire life of your dog.    We are here for you!
