Service Description

Looking for a little extra practice without committing to a full series? Our Drop-In Manners Class is the perfect one-time session to brush up on skills, troubleshoot challenges, and give your dog guided practice in a supportive, small-group setting! Each class focuses on real-life manners, like polite greetings, loose-leash walking, impulse control, and calm settling. You’ll get hands-on coaching, clear feedback, and practical exercises you can carry into daily life. Because classes are kept very small, every team gets personalized attention while still benefiting from the energy of a group environment. Whether you’re reinforcing what your dog already knows or introducing new skills, Drop-In Manners offers the practice and confidence boost you both need. This is a stand-alone class. Come once, come occasionally, or mix it in alongside our other classes or programs. It’s flexible, effective, and designed to make living with your dog easier. Requirements: Dogs should be comfortable working around other dogs and people. No aggressive or highly reactive dogs, please. * Dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough), and must have a negative fecal exam within the past 12 months.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
