**December 2025 Introductory Pricing!** A calmer, easier everyday life starts here. Simply Mannered is a 4-week class designed to give dogs and their people the real-world skills that make daily living smoother, safer, and more enjoyable. No rigid obedience drills, just practical manners that work in real life. In this class, your dog will practice essentials like polite greetings, loose-leash walking, impulse control, settling on a mat, and focusing around distractions. Each week adds useful, achievable skills that help your dog feel calmer and more confident while making your life together easier. With only 4 dogs per class, you’ll get personalized support in a small, welcoming group setting. Whether you’re polishing up the basics or starting fresh, Simply Mannered makes good behavior simple, and everyday life more joyful. Requirements: Dogs should be comfortable working around other dogs and people. No aggressive or highly reactive dogs, please. * Dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough), and must have a negative fecal exam within the past 12 months.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our online booking system. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. * **Refunds:** * Once an appointment is booked and paid for, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations (without a reschedule) made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. * No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows. * No refunds on treatment plan packages once sessions are started. * **Rescheduling:** * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. * Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee and/or forfeit of session/service. * **Late:** * If you are running late or will not be home when we arrive, please notify us via text as soon as possible. 724-213-2553 * We will do our best to accommodate you in this instance, but please note that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. * **Exceptions:** * We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy in extenuating circumstances.
